I feel truly blessed to be able to wake up healthy with true love, great family and amazing friends. I am my own boss and get to run the days instead of letting the days run me. Today I turned 31 and decided to just relax. Mentally, its been a tough couple of months adjusting to a lot of new things in life so I needed a break. The day started with an amazingly delicious Carrot Cake on the bed and a well needed Thai Massage (thank you Lilli who arranged all of this). Then I just relaxed and did nothing but eating, drinking coffee and enjoying a beach walk in Venice. I was so relaxed and realized that I need to do this more often. Why do we wait to our birthday to celebrate life? Isn't it enough being healthy, having a great friend or to celebrate a small victory? Today I will give you 3 small tips that you can use to zoom out and actually enjoy life more. 3 Tips To Celebrate More In LifeTip #1: Go Offline The best thing I did today was to don't check my email, don't go on Instagram and Facebook. Instead of looking down (on my phone) I was looking up and was amazed of what I saw. I saw interesting people, smiles, laughter, birds, waves and even the clouds and the blue sky. As an entrepreneur the borders between work and leisure are non-existent if you don't create them yourself. By resting you will perform better and enjoy life more. Tip #2: Celebrate at least one small victory every day Today I turned 31. But make no mistake I am far from done. I have a lot to do in this world before I kick the bucket. I bet you are pretty similar to me, you want to do a lot of things and accomplish some big goals. That's great, but and this is a BIG BUT =)! Celebrate every day. Let's say you have a businesses, enjoy the small things (even though you are looking for bigger things). If your son or daughter almost speak their first word, celebrate that. No moment is guaranteed in life and make sure to acknowledge that and celebrate a small (or big) victory every day. Tip #3: Recovery time is power time Some people say that they don't have time to rest and enjoy. Take at least one day every week to reload you batteries. Life is not a sprint, it is a marathon and to be able to perform your body needs rest. Treat your body like a temple and know that the rest will make you perform better when its time. Go out and celebrate! If you want a little more help with your dreams, you should take my 100 % FREE 7-Day Goal Book Challenge.

"Success is liking yourself, liking what you do and liking how you do it." Hi, Today I have three simple questions to you. 1. Have you found your passion in life? 2. Do you know what you love to do? 3. Are you doing it? If you honestly can answer yes to all these questions, congratulations! You live the life that most are just dreaming about. If you're still wondering: What is my passion? Don't worry, today you will get five tips on how to find your passion from the award winning creativity expert Rob Levit. Five Ways To Find Your Passion 1. Revisit your childhood What did you love to do when you were a child? Many of us have forgotten what used to bring us the greatest joy. Make a list of things you loved to do when you were a kid. 2. Make a "creativity board" On this board, you collect all the things you love to do. Pictures, articles, poems and other things that inspire you. When your board fills up, you will begin to see what the things are that you like and are most passionate about. 3. Make a list of people who are where you want to be You do not need to reinvent the wheel. Study the people who are successful in the field you want to succeed in. 4. Start doing what you love Once you have found your passion, immediately start to do it. Dont' wait for tomorrow, next week or January to come. Start today and figure out the rest on the way. 5. Take a break from the seriousness Not everything needs to be perfect for you to succeed. Take a break from your thoughts and do something else for a while. You will be surprised how many new ideas that will pop up in your head. If you want a little more help with your dreams, you should take my 100 % FREE 7-Day Goal Book Challenge.

"Personal leadership is the ability and desire to focus your thoughts and create a meaning and a goal for your life." I have been privileged to meet and socialize with many successful people in various fields. I have met world champions, I have met super moms and I have met with successful entrepreneurs. What have these people with success in different areas in common? Well, they all have a strong personal leadership, they know how to do and think to lead themselves in the right direction and get results. But what is really personal leadership? Personal leadership is the ability and desire to focus your thoughts and create a meaning and a goal for your life. It includes courage, choices and commitment to go in the direction you want by making the actions required for you to become the person you want. 5 Tips To Develop Your Personal LeadershipTip #1: Discipline To succeed with anything in life, no matter in what field requires discipline. With the help of discipline, you will do the things necessary even though it is tough, difficult and tedious. Tip #2: Courage A large part of the personal leadership is courage. The courage to stand up for what you want, the courage to go against the stream and the courage to dare when it's scary. Tip #3: Willpower Willpower is born through motivation and passion for something. People with strong personal leadership has a strong desire to achieve what they set their mind to. Tip #4: High demands Almost all successful people I have met often have very high demands, especially on themselves. They almost always do their best and expects the same of the people surrounding them. Tip #5: Joy The most successful people I've met are not always the people winning the most. For what is success without happiness? Strong personal leadership is about daring to have fun on the journey and to not forget that success and happiness in the long run should go hand in hand. Good luck with your personal leadership! Yesterday I hiked to the Hollywood sign to record my first video for my new Youtube channel. In this video I disclose a few of my failures in life (yes I have had many) and how I did to overcome them to finally become a World Medalist. Check it out and lets get a great start this week. PS. If you like it, don't forget to subscribe to my brand new Youtube channel! So yesterday I had a short seminar called Black Belt in Goal Settings in the heart of Santa Monica and Silicon Beach for members of a Co-Working office called WeWork (which is amazing by the way). Anyway let me share a very interesting story from yesterday that gave me an epiphany. Ok, so in Sweden I have made a lot of seminars and Key Note events for high end clientele such as National Teams and big organisations. I have even spoken in front of more than 300 hundred people. But here in the US I am totally FOB (fresh of the boat). The seminar was suppose to start at 4 pm and as I usually do I prepare on time and set everything up so I have about 10-15 minutes to relax and greet each and every one that will attend my seminar. The only problem was that yesterday there was no one to greet. The clock was ticking and approaching 4 pm but no one came. I started to sweat, I started to tremble and my brain started thinking all these negative thoughts. "I have made so much preparations and no one is coming." "What am I doing wrong!" "What if only one person shows up?" 5 past 4 one guy shows up and now I am getting even more nervous. Should I cancel? Or should I do a seminar for one person? A few minutes later one of the community managers comes and tells me that their was something wrong with their messaging system and the members didn't get the memo that there was a lecture. He tells me that he is going to tell everybody. A few minutes goes by and all of a sudden we have a group and I am ready to go. It turned out to be a great lecture and the comments for the seminar was great. Here is what one attendee said: Peter, thanks so much for today's insightful seminar. It was very inspiring to pick up the pen and really write down dreams I want to achieve and challenges I want to overcome. Looking forward to reading the first 2 chapters and hopefully others of your book. When I was waiting for people to show up I wrote down a little note to myself (se picture above). Let me explain my little diagram. I realized that it doesn't matter if only one person comes (even if I have had hundreds in the past) to my seminar. What matters is what I do with that person. Am I sad that only one person came or do I treasure him/her and give him/her the best experience of his/her life.
How can I help 10000 people if I can't help one? Yesterday I understood that I have to deliver World Class (WC in the picture) value even (I mean especially) when no one knows my name. That is the only way to succeed. Give it all every time, person by person. That is how you build a successful business, brand and even life. Most people make the mistake thinking that they will start delivering value when they have a great job, big client or great audience. You have to start the other way around and you will see tremendous things happen to your life. It won't go fast, but tell me something that is great that has been done quickly? Check it out here For those who want to become experts in a field it’s important to know the 10,000-hour rule. Many times we look at successful people with envy and think: "If only I had such a talent, if only I was born there, if only I had been as lucky as her."
The excuses are many for those who are afraid to work for their success. Behind almost every successful person there is a unique story that often involves a lot of hardships and very hard work for several years. Look at some of the best soccer players in the world, such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a real soccer king. Doesn’t it look easy when he’s dribbling past player after player? It seems easy to be Zlatan. Drive a Ferrari, play some ball and eat baguettes in Paris. If we scratch the surface a little (if you get the chance: read his book!) and actually get to know Zlatan, we realize that he’s a man with character, a man who never lets himself be discouraged, although he was always misunderstood and discouraged when he was young. Zlatan and many other successful people are successful precisely because they never gave up, they continued passionately forward no matter what happened. That’s the reason they have succeeded. Many writers, scientists, trainers and coaches have tried to find out what it takes to really be successful in one particular field. Interestingly enough, everyone seem to come to the same conclusion: it takes 10,000 hours of work to become an expert at what you do. This means that if you spend three hours a day on a task it takes ten years to become an expert. Unfortunately, we live in a world today where everything must happen fast, we want everything now and if we cannot get it, we give up. With the knowledge that it takes many years to get good at something, you don’t need to be so hard on yourself if it's not going that well in the beginning. Don’t give up, continue forward and learn from your mistakes. If you keep it up long enough, you will eventually become an expert. Did you know that the competition is not as tough at the top? It’s easier to achieve something great than something small. It’s because most people don’t believe in themselves or are not ready to put in the work that is required. So dare to aim big in life and don’t be surprised if you actually succeed. And time will pass anyway, it cannot be stopped, so why not make something good of it? Do you want to learn more about how you can succeed with your dreams and goals? Then you should read The Goal Book: How to Achieve Your Dreams and Create a Better Life. Hi! Before we dive into todays lesson, let me first say thank you. I am so grateful that you want to read my articles. I am grateful because I know you are a person with a mission, a person that wants to live a great life full of health, good relationships, money, travel, adventure and all their is that you are searching for. My mission is: to help people succeed better by changing their mindset and working with goals in a new, fun and much more efficient way. What if I told you that there is a way (that is not even that hard) that will take you 1000 steps closer to your goal. Would you believe me? There is a way and today I will teach you how to take those small, small steps every day that will eventually add upp to massive success. For a minute or two just think about your goals. What would happen with them if you took a 1000 small steps closer to them? (Many people tell me that they not even need a thousand steps to achieve their goals.) Let me give you two examples: Money: 1000 steps of $10 each would add up to $10,000. Health: Running 3 miles thousand times would add upp to 3000 miles of running. Today´s 3So this is what I do, and you could do it to.

Check it out here Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. Pardon my french but today we are going to talk about bullshit and jealousy. First of all let's be honest to ourselves. How do you feel when you meet a person with big dreams and/or accomplishments. Are you happy for them or are you jealous? Do you tell your friends that you met this amazing person or do you tell them something bad instead? Unfortunately in this world there are some people that live their lives never fulfilled, never happy, never accomplished. Their biggest joy is to talk other people down. These are not the people that will change the world, These are the small minded people. To be honest, sometimes I get sad when I hear that someone say bad things about me but after a little while I realize; "Should I really let this small minded person get to me?". As Eleanor Roosevelt said: Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. So how do you do to be bulletproof to bullshit? How To Be Bulletproof To BullshitTip #1: Don't do it yourself
If you talk bad about other people and focus all your energy on the lives of others you can't expect that other people won't do the same. Always lead by example. Tip #2: Bullshit comes from the weak If you want to become a World Champion would you listen to a former World Champion or someone who never practiced your sport but believe they know it all? If you want to be a millionaire would you listen to a millionaire or someone who doesn't have a penny? The answer is simple, right? The same goes for the people who talks BS, they are not the people who will change this world. Realize that and instead focus your attention on the bright, humble and happy people of the world. Tip #3: Be certain Find you passion in life and practice your confidence. When you are certain about something you stop caring what other people think about you, instead you focus on progress and learning. There will always be "naysayers", don't let them get to you. Tip #4: Tell it to the right person Before I used to tell everything to everybody. I told jealous people about my big dreams and received the BS. Find people that are positive and tell them about your ideas, these are the people that will inspire and motivate you. They will lift you up instead of bringing you down. Tip #5: BS is a good sign Last but not least, remember that BS is a good sign. When other people uses their valuable time to talk about you, is usually means that you are on the right track to be doing great things. I remember the first years in the National Karate Team of Sweden. No one talked about me, because I wasn't a treat to them. After a few years I was up in the mix and was selected to the European and World Championships. All of a sudden the BS increased a lot. That was a good sign.
